We offer 3 different types of license agreements
Long Term License
This type of license allows you to "own" a room for a minimum of 6 months, where you will be able to customise the layout of the room and bring in additional furnishings/equipment that can be left in the room. Discounts will be applied for longer time commitment. There are no session time limits when the room is taken on a long term license.
Hourly/Day License
Guaranteed Session - This type of license guarantees you a regular hour(s), on the same day, at the same time and in the same room each and every week. if you block book 1 hour per week in advance, you will receive a 10% discount on the hourly rate. If you block book 2-4 hours per week, you will receive a 20% discount. For 5-8 hours in advance, you will receive a 25% discount.
Guaranteed Days - This type of license guarantees you a regular day, in the same room each and every week. If you block book 1 day a week you will receive a 25% discount. For 2-3 days a week in advance, you will receive a 30% discount on the hourly rate. If you block book 4-5 days a week, you will receive a 40% discount.
Ad Hoc User License
This type of license allows you to book ad hoc sessions as and when you need them.
The clinic is open from 08:30 every morning and closes at 18:30. There may not be reception staff available outside of these hours and access to the premises may be restricted.
